AUDIENCE

This comprehensive program is targeted to young retinal specialists, but in general to all the retinal specialists, that face the everyday challenge of the diagnosis and the treatment of retinal diseases. From a panel of worldwide recognized experts, participants will obtain a full diagnostic and therapeutical in- depth education on retinal diseases together with invaluable personal advice that will enhance the application of the knowledge into everyday clinical practice.

GOALS

Upon completion of this Surgical retina course, attendees should be able to achieve the following overall program objectives:

1) Select the more appropriate surgical plan for single complex vitreoretinal pathologies

2) Apply advanced surgical techniques in their vitreoretinal surgical practice

3) Describe and use new vitreoretinal surgical instrumentations and technologies

In addition to the onsite program in Lugano, two further online sessions to continue the participants educational program will take place during the year on the ESASO eLos platform on the 26th May and 1st December.

Educational Programme supported by Bausch + Lomb
